St. John's Slides Down Rankings Post-Vegas Tourney

The St. John's Red Storm men's basketball team began the season at No. 5 in the national rankings, and after a 4-3 start to the season, they have taken a bit of a slide.

The No. 21 Auburn Tigers put up 55 points in the second half to roll to an 85-74 win over No. 14 St. John's in the third and final game of the Players Era Championship at Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas.

The St. John's Red Storm took the second game of the Players Era Championship on Tuesday afternoon, as they bopped Butler, 96-81, at Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas.

St. John's Loses Nailbiter To Iowa State To Open Players Era Championship

St. John's, ranked 14th in the nation, opened the Players Era Championship on Monday afternoon in Las Vegas, and they lost a nailbiter, 83-82, to No. 15 Iowa State.
